These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Suria Code website at suriacod.biz and your participation in any of our online programmes. Suria Code is an online AI development school based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We offer structured learning programmes in artificial intelligence and Python development. Our registered address is Jalan Bukit Bintang 71, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.
Enrolment is open to individuals aged 18 and above. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an enrolment if information is found to be materially incorrect. Each enrolment is for a single named individual and may not be transferred to another person without prior written agreement from Suria Code.

All fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment details will be provided upon registration. We accept bank transfers and online payment methods as indicated at checkout. Full payment is required before programme access is granted unless a payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to withdraw from a programme, please notify us in writing at [email protected] as soon as possible.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver programmes as described. However, we reserve the right to update, adjust, or supplement programme content to reflect current practices and improvements. Any significant changes to a programme you have already enrolled in will be communicated in advance. Live session schedules are subject to minor adjustments; we will provide reasonable notice where possible.
All course materials, including videos, written content, exercises, and resources provided through our programmes, remain the intellectual property of Suria Code or our licensed content partners. You may use materials for your personal learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share materials with third parties without our written permission.
We maintain a respectful and supportive learning environment. All learners are expected to:
We reserve the right to remove a learner from a programme without refund if conduct is found to be seriously disruptive or harmful to others.
Certificates of completion are issued to learners who satisfy the programme requirements as outlined in each course. Certificates reflect participation and demonstrated effort within the programme and do not constitute formal academic qualifications unless otherwise stated.
To the extent permitted by law, Suria Code will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or participation in our programmes. Our total liability in any matter relating to a programme shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that programme.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. We collect and use your data only as described there and in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
